This past weekend, we drove to Durango to visit Grandpa Tim and Grandma Cindy (Matt's parents). Uncle Peter, Aunt Anna, Matt, Madison, Ellie, and I all packed it into the car and headed out Friday night. We had a great time hanging out, visiting, and celebrating Father's Day!

Our silly girl! Madison is 18 months old this day! It's going by so fast, but we are loving every minute...well almost every minute, maybe not the few toddler tantrums :)

In the afternoon on Father's Day, Matt's Uncle Eric, Aunt Cindy, and cousins Ashley, Emma, and Jeremy came to Durango as well! They live in California so we dont get to see them that often :( It was so great to see them even though we had to leave the next morning.
Emma, LOVES Madison and is such a nice little cousin to her! She was so sweet to always want to read and play with her....it was very cute!

Early Monday morning, Matt took a flight back to Denver so that he could go out to a client, so Anna, Peter, Madison, Ellie, and I drove back that afternoon. Unfortunately, since Matt is always the one who drives I was a little unsure of the directions, and oops...we took a wrong turn! So, our 6 hour drive (thats with no stops at all) turned into 9 hours!! We did stop quite a few times though, but it was still a LONG day in the car. Fortunately, we all had a good time together in the car :) Since Pueblo is not the biggest, nicest town, we had a little problem finding a restaurant to eat at, so we ended up at a Pizza Hut! Since they did not have a inside dining area, we order our pizza and played around outside while waiting. This picture is Anna chasing Madison in the parking lot!
Being silly! It was all we could do after such a long time in the car...it felt so good to stop even if it wasnt the nicest dinner :)
